Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

 

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. The shipping costs are clearly indicated again in the shopping basket system and on the order page. There are no shipping costs for digital content (vouchers).

We ship all our products within Germany insured with DHL. Abroad - insured with Deutsche Post: 

Within Germany €6.20
Within the EU €7.50
Outside the EU €12.00

From a minimum order value of €150, shipping is free for you within Germany.

 

Delivery times

 

Weusually ship your order within 3-5 working days. Within Germany, the delivery time is a further 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be delayed around public holidays. If you do not receive your package within the standard delivery times, please contact us.

Please note that for shipments to other EU countries, delivery times may vary depending on the country. You can find more information here. For shipments to Norway, Switzerland and all shipments outside the EU, there may be additional delays due to customs.
